Hypnotiq Lychee Zing Cocktail recipeDid you know?

Hypnotiq Liqueur was created by a bartender named Raphael Yakoby in the early 2000s. The idea for the liqueur came to him while he was mixing different spirits at a bar in New York City.

Inspired by the Caribbean’s tropical colors and the French Riviera’s captivating allure, he wanted to create a unique and mesmerizing blue liqueur that would stand out from the rest.

Hypnotiq was born, and its popularity quickly grew, becoming a favorite among cocktail enthusiasts for its vibrant blue color and tropical fruit flavors.

A little history:

The Exotic Lychee Zing cocktail has a short historical background, like some classic cocktails. Still, it can be traced back to the popularity of two main ingredients: Hypnotiq Liqueur and lychee.

Hypnotiq Lychee Zing Cocktail recipeHypnotiq Liqueur: Hypnotiq was created in 2001 by Raphael Yakoby, an entrepreneur and bartender in New York City. He wanted to craft a unique and visually stunning liqueur inspired by the Caribbean and the French Riviera colors.

Hypnotiq’s electric blue hue, exotic fruit flavors, and smooth taste quickly gained popularity, especially among young adults and in the nightlife scene. The success of Hypnotiq has led to its use in various cocktails, including this exotic Lychee Zing.

Lychee: The Lychee is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia. Its history dates back thousands of years, and it has been cultivated and enjoyed for its sweet and fragrant flavor for centuries.

While the lychee has been used in various culinary applications, it has also made its way into cocktails, adding a unique tropical twist and flavor to classic drinks.

As with many modern cocktails, its popularity has likely been boosted by social media and the trend of sharing visually appealing and delicious-looking drinks online.
