Adventures in New York… Her Unique Bite Out of the Big Apple! The coolest hotel in NYC is the Bryant Park.
If you have ressies somewhere else, cancel them and book there! You will be so pleased that you did! Across from the actual Bryant Park, this midtown hotel is top notch in all amenities, has the best happy hour bar complete with great looking people, The Cellar Bar, which is the Bryant’s answer to the supper club… very cool, edgy, and atmosphere is great! Jennifer Lopez was there, walking around the lobby, Dick Clark was dining at the Bryant’s famed restaurant, ILO… it is definitely the place to stargaze. Want to Party???? The Apt is a lounge, in an area called the meat packing district, with no address on it’s entry. You have to not only know where it is, but be on the list. If you get in, you’ll walk through a hallway that leads to “someone’s” apartment. Guests lounge on the oversized bed, eat in the library room, and for fresh air… gather on the patio around the bar-b-que. A very unique and cool place to spend an evening. Lotus is one of the hottest places in Cheslea… intense Euro DJ’s spin the night away, to some of the best music around the world. Offering a supper club ambiance, dine before and party later, it’s a one stop evening of shear fun! Leonardo di Caprio and Tobey MaGuire were said to be there every night for two weeks in May. Also check out Vinyl in Tribeca, The Bubble Bar, Rhone, Tja, Le Zinc and the Church Lounge. A neighborhood bar in Soho on Mott Street is called Chibi’s Bar. It’s a sake bar who’s hostess is a terrier named Chibi. You can find her on break, chasing her much beloved skateboard. Wine & Dine As much as I love a good time… I LOVE GOOD EATS! That’s right, NYC offers up some of the best restaurants in the world… as I salivated my way around NYC, looking for the next amazing meal, I came across these that topped my list… Blue Ribbon in Soho, DB Bistro Moderne in Mid-town, Quest on the Upper West Side Town. Restaurant at the Chambers Hotel Sarabeth’s for breakfast, Upper West side Around the Clock for late night munchies, located in the East Village, Ideya in Soho for amazing Cuban sandwiches, Bot Restaurant and Wine Bar, The Kitchen Club next to Chibi’s Bar Teusher Chocolates for their Champagne Truffles and chocolate coffee.
