The “Happily Ever After” Ultimate Wedding Package continues this tradition with an extravagant package offering a small, intimate wedding journey from the island of Manhattan to the island of Bermuda for one couple and two guests. The fairy-tale weekend begins once upon arrival in Manhattan. The guests will be greeted at the airport by limousine escort and transferred to the world-renowned Mandarin Oriental, New York for a two-night stay. The bride and her guest and the groom and his guest will enjoy luxurious accommodation in the hotel’s Premier Central Park View Suites. Pampering and preparation are in store for all, as Day One will include a visit to the Five-Star Spa at Mandarin Oriental, New York, where the bride, groom and their guests will each be treated to a two-hour Mandarin Oriental Signature Time Ritual. The fairy-tale continues on Day Three as the group is transported from New York City by private jet to an island close, close by…Bermuda. Less than two hours away from the east coast of the United States, Bermuda remains temperate all year round, which makes it the perfect location for a destination wedding. A hotel representative will be waiting on the tarmac at the L. Frederick Wade International Airport to greet the wedding party and whisk them through the arrival process. A private convertible will be waiting at the airport to transport the foursome to Elbow Beach, Bermuda. Luxurious Premier Suites overlooking the stunning azure blue waters of the South Shore will be prepared in advance for private check-in. On this fairy-tale journey, Cinderella and Prince Charming won’t have to lift a finger, as a wedding butler will be assigned to each suite to attend to all the needs of the bridal party. Unpacking and pressing will be immediately seen to by the butler, including steaming of the bride’s wedding dress. An afternoon at leisure will lead into a private cruise, where the party will literally be able to sail off into the sunset, enjoying panoramic views and cool ocean breezes. Terence Clark, Chef de Cuisine of the Seahorse Grill, Elbow Beach’s signature restaurant, will create a celebratory dinner for four on board the yacht featuring seasonal gourmet delicacies accompanied by fine champagne and finished off with a decadent dessert.

On the morning of the wedding, a beautiful breakfast spread will be delivered to the Bride and Groom suites, before the hair stylist and make-up artists arrive en-suite to prepare the bridal party for the ceremony. The groom and groomsmen can look forward to personal grooming including an old-fashioned shave using soothing spa oils that will leave skin smooth and soft, ready for dancing cheek to cheek.A wedding day would not be complete without a memorable gift; therefore in the tradition of something borrowed, something blue, something old and something new, a beautiful blue sapphire garter will be given as a gift to the bride, while the groom will receive vintage hand-stitched silk handkerchiefs. The intimate wedding ceremony will take place on the Bird of Paradise Terrace, overlooking the pink sand and turquoise water, with flowers overflowing and the soft sounds of a string quartet merging perfectly with the gentle lapping of the waves. As the sun sets, Elbow Beach chefs will prepare a gourmet six-course reception dinner for the couple and their guests under a beautiful tent. The couple can then enjoy dancing under the stars with their guests before a special wedding fireworks show lights up the sky and a spectacular seven-tiered wedding cake is presented to add further delight to the evening. The Bird of Paradise cottage, a freestanding one bedroom cottage popular with honeymooners, will be the couple’s private palace for their wedding night and the rest of their stay at Elbow Beach. This newly renovated cottage overlooks the beach, with an expansive private terrace, panoramic views, living room with fireplace and French doors.

During the wedding reception, the couple’s wedding butler will have moved all their belongings to their new cottage.
